Kayode brings a powerful combination to AI consulting: the analytical rigour of a PhD-qualified engineer, over a decade of professional experience across R&D, engineering, consulting, and programme management, and three years of intensive specialisation in artificial intelligence — applied to making AI genuinely accessible, safe, and actionable for organisations.
That background matters because most AI problems are not really technology problems. They are problems of process, judgement and communication — knowing which question to ask, which output to trust, and which decision still belongs to a person. Prismvolt exists to make that judgement teachable.

Why Prismvolt exists
Most organisations are already using AI. Far fewer have equipped their people to use it confidently, safely, and with the critical thinking it requires.
That gap is where risk lives and advantage is lost — inconsistent quality, unverified output reaching clients, sensitive information going where it shouldn't, capable people quietly avoiding tools they don't trust.

What we believe about AI
The most capable arrangement is not human or machine but both: human judgement directing AI execution. Everything Prismvolt teaches and builds is designed to keep people in the seat of judgement rather than gradually removing them from it.
Tools spread through organisations faster than understanding does, and that gap is where the risk sits. Closing it is not a compliance exercise — it is what makes the productivity gain real.
Not every problem needs AI, and not every AI project should go ahead. Independent means being willing to say so, including when it costs us the work.
